Kristina Gogić, mag.iur/LLM/International Business Law; Croatian lawyer, lecturer, author and consultant. She passed a Croatian Bar Exam in 1995. An expert in Human Rights, European and International Law and Benefit Cost Analysis. During her long career she has participated/lectured in numerous seminars, round tables, conferences, meetings and workshops in and Croatia and abroad in various fields of law&business. Recently she lectured on International Labor Organisations‘ Convention on ILO’s Nursing Personnel Convention (1977) and Action Plan for Gender Equality 2010-2015 and she held a presentation on the Impact of COVID-19 on the Digitalisation of Justice in the EU. 

She wrote articles in domain of Human Rights and reasonable deadline in judicial and administrative procedure, lustration, croatian migrants, communities and social activities and on croatian politics and cultural heritage, Benefit Cost Analysis, European Union Investments and the most recent is The impact of COVID-19 on the Digitalisation of Justice in the EU. 

She is a member of The Society of the Benefit Cost Analysis, European Lawyers Association, Croatian Lawyers Association, Croatian Mainstream, Croatian Mediation Association, Croatia Society of Victimology and The Rule of Law Association. She is a Scientific Member of the Canadian Institute for the International Law Expertise (CIFILE) and a Member of the Editorial Board of the CIFILE Journal of International Law. She is a Legal consultant of the FHI360.
