Rosie’s academic career began with a Bachelor’s degree in Drama and Theatre Practice where she focused her dissertation on the relationship between human rights and theatre. Her passion for social change ignited, Rosie began a Master’s in Human Rights and Democratisation from the European Inter University Centre for Human Rights and Democratisation (EIUC) graduating in September 2017. She was luckily enough to study in Venice and Budapest during this time. She wrote her Master’s thesis on the role of international organisations in Kosovo post the 1999 war and visited the country on numerous field trips to interview a wide range of people from the Minister of Justice to the Head of UN Women. She has taught abroad in Vietnam and the U.K. has worked for NGOs with focuses on children’s rights and has volunteered with refugees and asylum seekers supporting their re-settlement in the U.K.
