En Espa\u00f1a la tasa de abandono escolar ronda el 30% y la tasa de paro juvenil supera el 50%. Adem\u00e1s, es un pa\u00eds con escasa participaci\u00f3n juvenil en las organizaciones ciudadanas.<\/p>\n

Merche Villatoro est\u00e1 implementando un innovador modelo educativo en el tiempo libre basado en la coordinaci\u00f3n de los distintos actores que participan en la educaci\u00f3n de ni\u00f1os y j\u00f3venes: los centros educativos, las administraciones p\u00fablicas, la familia y las entidades del sector ciudadano. En lugar de pasar la responsabilidad de un agente a otro sobre las problem\u00e1ticas que afectan a la juventud, Merche entiende la educaci\u00f3n como un proyecto com\u00fan en el que cada actor tiene un papel importante que jugar y s\u00f3lo necesita la oportunidad y las herramientas correctas para cumplirlo.<\/p>\n

Su objetivo es ofrecer a ni\u00f1os y j\u00f3venes un aprendizaje de habilidades y una educaci\u00f3n en valores que complete la formaci\u00f3n que se recibe a trav\u00e9s del sistema educativo formal.
