{"id":57126,"date":"2017-05-22T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2017-05-22T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/olbios.org\/desde-1979-promoviendo-el-fortalecimiento-del-sistema-democratico\/"},"modified":"2022-01-22T18:24:37","modified_gmt":"2022-01-22T18:24:37","slug":"desde-1979-promoviendo-el-fortalecimiento-del-sistema-democratico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/olbios.org\/es\/desde-1979-promoviendo-el-fortalecimiento-del-sistema-democratico\/","title":{"rendered":"Desde 1979 promoviendo el fortalecimiento del sistema democr\u00e1tico"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>El Centro de Estudios Legales y Sociales (CELS).<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Centro de Estudios Legales y Sociales (CELS) es una organizaci\u00f3n no gubernamental que trabaja desde 1979 en la promoci\u00f3n y protecci\u00f3n de los derechos humanos y el fortalecimiento del sistema democr\u00e1tico en Argentina.  <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Entre 1970 y 1980 naci\u00f3 y se desarroll\u00f3 en la Argentina un vasto movimiento de defensa de los derechos humanos que obtuvo, por sus singulares caracter\u00edsticas, una amplia trascendencia a nivel regional e internacional y que contin\u00faa gravitando de manera preponderante a\u00fan hoy en la realidad pol\u00edtico-institucional del pa\u00eds.  <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El surgimiento de este movimiento obedeci\u00f3 a dos circunstancias concurrentes: el terrorismo de Estado implantado por las fuerzas armadas en el pa\u00eds desde el 24 de marzo de 1976, y el desarrollo del concepto universal de derechos humanos, producto de los grandes consensos pol\u00edticos de la segunda post-guerra.  <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La fundaci\u00f3n del CELS en 1979, durante la \u00faltima dictadura militar, debe ubicarse en ese contexto particular.
