La Fundaci\u00f3n Pescar educando para el trabajo.<\/h2>\n

La Fundaci\u00f3n Pescar Argentina es una organizaci\u00f3n de la sociedad civil sin fines de lucro cuyo objetivo principal es promover y ejecutar acciones orientadas al fortalecimiento del v\u00ednculo entre educaci\u00f3n, juventud y empleo. Para lograrlo, la Fundaci\u00f3n posee diversas l\u00edneas de acci\u00f3n entre las cuales se destaca el Programa \u201cCentros Pescar \u2013 Educando para el Trabajo\u201d. El mismo consiste en la implementaci\u00f3n de centros educativos que brindan formaci\u00f3n personal y laboral a j\u00f3venes de escasos recursos y oportunidades. <\/p>\n

El programa busca fomentar el desarrollo integral de los j\u00f3venes estimul\u00e1ndolos a adoptar nuevos h\u00e1bitos, actitudes de convivencia y de ciudadan\u00eda; con el fin de recobrar el sentido de la \u201ccultura del trabajo\u201d y favorecer su plena inclusi\u00f3n sociolaboral. Los Centros funcionan dentro de las empresas a trav\u00e9s del modelo de franquicia social, y constituyen la Red Pescar, que en la actualidad posee un alcance nacional. Pescar posee una fuerte relaci\u00f3n con ONGs y organismos gubernamentales que se especializan en otras tem\u00e1ticas vinculadas al desarrollo y la educaci\u00f3n. En base a ello participa en diversos programas como socio estrat\u00e9gico en las \u00e1reas de gesti\u00f3n, capacitaci\u00f3n y monitoreo y evaluaci\u00f3n de proyectos sociales. En este sentido, Pescar se vincula forjando una alianza que potencia las fortalezas de cada una de las organizaciones con las que emprende acciones conjuntas. <\/p>\n
