C\u00e1ritas desarrolla dentro una importante labor de apoyo y promoci\u00f3n social a diversos grupos sociales en situaci\u00f3n de precariedad y\/o exclusi\u00f3n social. El compromiso con estas situaciones es apoyado por el trabajo gratuito de m\u00e1s de 78.000 personas voluntarias, que representan el 95 por ciento de las personas que trabajan en Caritas en toda Espa\u00f1a. La red de C\u00e1ritas en Espa\u00f1a est\u00e1 constituida por unas 6.051 C\u00e1ritas parroquiales, 70 C\u00e1ritas diocesanas y sus correspondientes C\u00e1ritas regionales o auton\u00f3micas. La mayor parte de los recursos de C\u00e1ritas Espa\u00f1ola es la que proviene de sus donaciones privadas y aportaciones p\u00fablicas. En el a\u00f1o 2007 C\u00e1ritas Espa\u00f1ola cumpl\u00eda 60 a\u00f1os de lucha contra la pobreza y la exclusi\u00f3n. La historia de C\u00e1ritas se construye en torno al compromiso y la participaci\u00f3n de toda la Iglesia. <\/p>\n
