Farmac\u00e9uticos Mundi.<\/h2>\n

FARMAC\u00c9UTICOS MUNDI se constituye formalmente como ONG de Cooperaci\u00f3n al Desarrollo el 2 de julio de 1993 con sede social en Valencia, aunque comenz\u00f3 a trabajar en 1991 como asociaci\u00f3n solidaria, con distinto nombre y \u00e1mbito de actuaci\u00f3n en los primeros a\u00f1os. <\/p>\n

Fue fundada por un grupo de farmac\u00e9uticos de la Comunidad Valenciana, que se reun\u00edan en un peque\u00f1o local situado en la calle Antonio Mu\u00f1oz de la localidad valenciana de Alfafar, donde se preparaban env\u00edos de medicamentos donados por las farmacias como ayuda humanitaria mayoritariamente a hospitales y botiquines gestionados por misiones o por otras ONG conocidas por la entidad. Posteriormente, la ONG se traslada a un almac\u00e9n en la avenida de la Albufera, n\u00ba 58 de la misma localidad, donde se mantuvo la sede hasta marzo del a\u00f1o 2008, fecha en la que se inaugura su actual sede en el Parque Tecnol\u00f3gico de Paterna. <\/p>\n

Tienem com misi\u00f3n contribuir a asegurar que la salud sea un derecho universal para las poblaciones m\u00e1s vulnerables de los pa\u00edses empobrecidos mediante acciones de cooperaci\u00f3n que favorezcan procesos de desarrollo sostenible, campa\u00f1as de educaci\u00f3n para el desarrollo e incidencia, con \u00e9nfasis en el acceso a medicamentos esenciales y a trav\u00e9s de la distribuci\u00f3n profesional de medicamentos, materiales y equipos sanitarios, todo ello, procurando la implicaci\u00f3n solidaria de su entorno social. <\/p>\n
