D\u2019une part la maintenance de parcs informatiques : mise en place d\u2019infrastructures complexes, gestion des r\u00e9seaux, des serveurs, des postes de travail\u2026D\u2019autre part, le d\u00e9veloppement et la commercialisation de logiciels, notamment \u00ab\u00a0Siham\u00a0\u00bb, outil de suivi des parcours des b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires \u00e0 savoir des salari\u00e9s en insertion ou des travailleurs handicap\u00e9s. R\u00e9zoSocial se d\u00e9finit comme une entreprise sociale innovante. Sur le plan technologique d\u2019abord \u2013 son m\u00e9tier reposant sur l\u2019utilisation et la conception de technologies informatiques de pointe \u2013 sur le plan social ensuite, car elle permet \u00e0 des personnes en situation d\u2019exclusion de rebondir et d\u2019acc\u00e9der \u00e0 des emplois \u00e0 forte valeur ajout\u00e9e dans un secteur d\u2019avenir. Fond\u00e9e en 2013, R\u00e9zoSocial a remport\u00e9 les troph\u00e9es de \u00a0l\u2019Economie Sociale et Solidaire de la Mairie de Paris. Elle compte aujourd\u2019hui\u00a0 25 clients et emploie 5 salari\u00e9s, dont deux personnes en insertion. Cette start-up sociale ne compte pas s\u2019arr\u00eater l\u00e0\u00a0comme le souligne Pierre Deleforge\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Nous avons l\u2019ambition de continuer \u00e0 nous d\u00e9velopper pour atteindre une trentaine de personnes d\u2019ici 3 ans.
