Pour la Fondation, la cl\u00e9 d\u2019un tel rapprochement se trouve dans le d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019\u00e9thique individuelle et la connaissance de ce qui construit l\u2019humanit\u00e9 en l\u2019homme, notamment \u00e0 travers les principes universels qui r\u00e9gissent sa dimension spirituelle.  Cette approche de l\u2019\u00e9thique et de la solidarit\u00e9 soul\u00e8ve de nombreuses questions : quels sont les m\u00e9canismes qui permettent une meilleure connaissance et acceptation de l\u2019autre ? Qu\u2019est-ce qui caract\u00e9rise une v\u00e9ritable pratique de l\u2019\u00e9thique et comment s\u2019y \u00e9duquer ? Quels en sont les effets individuels et collectifs, et comment les \u00e9valuer ? Chacun \u00e9tant \u00e0 la fois juge et gardien de sa propre \u00e9thique, quelle force int\u00e9rieure peut en garantir la mise en \u0153uvre effective, sur la dur\u00e9e ?  Pour d\u00e9battre de ces questions, la Fondation organise de nombreux programmes : colloques, s\u00e9minaires, groupes de r\u00e9flexion, projets de recherche, modules d\u2019enseignement, publications, etc. Elle sollicite les ressources de la philosophie, de la psychologie, de la sociologie, de l\u2019histoire compar\u00e9e des religions et de la mystique, du droit, des sciences de l\u2019\u00e9ducation mais aussi des sciences cognitives et de la m\u00e9decine.  Elle collabore dans cet esprit avec des institutions et organismes publics, nationaux ou internationaux.
