La Cha\u00eene de l&rsquo;Espoir cible particuli\u00e8rement les enfants atteints de pathologies et de malformations cardiaques, orthop\u00e9diques, ORL, urologiques, faciales ou neurologiques, et qui peuvent \u00eatre gu\u00e9ris par un seul acte m\u00e9dical ou chirurgical. Lorsqu&rsquo;elles ne causent pas le d\u00e9c\u00e8s de l&rsquo;enfant, ces pathologies sont responsables d&rsquo;exclusion sociale et sont une charge financi\u00e8re pour les parents. Une fois soign\u00e9s, les enfants acqui\u00e8rent une plus grande autonomie qui soulage leurs familles et leur permet une meilleure int\u00e9gration au sein de leur communaut\u00e9.
