Braun : un voyage de d\u00e9couverte sensorielle, organis\u00e9 pour des enfants de l&rsquo;h\u00f4pital Robert Debr\u00e9 \u00e0 Paris ayant des pathologies digestives s\u00e9v\u00e8res et b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant de nutrition artificielle.  L&rsquo;objectif de ce s\u00e9jour th\u00e9rapeutique est de sortir les enfants du milieu hospitalier et leur apprendre que manger peut \u00eatre source de plaisir et de partage ; les r\u00e9concilier aussi avec les odeurs, les go\u00fbts, les textures.
