Cr\u00e9\u00e9e en 2008, la Fondation d\u2019entreprise Eiffage soutient financi\u00e8rement des projets solidaires, parrain\u00e9s par un salari\u00e9 ou un retrait\u00e9 du groupe. Ayant pour mission principale l\u2019insertion sociale et professionnelle, les projets soutenus par la Fondation sont \u00e0 la crois\u00e9e d\u2019enjeux sociaux, soci\u00e9taux et environnementaux. La Fondation a d\u00e9j\u00e0 soutenu plus de 150 projets dans les domaines de la formation, de l’ emploi, du logement, du sport et de la culture. Certains projets favorisent \u00e9galement la protection de l\u2019environnement et l\u2019insertion des personnes en situation de handicap. La Fondation pr\u00e9sente en moyenne 20 projets par an lors de son comit\u00e9 de s\u00e9lection. Compos\u00e9 de collaborateurs internes et d\u2019experts externes, il se r\u00e9unit trois fois par an et valide les projets. elle d\u00e9veloppe aussi des partenariats pluriannuels avec des associations.
