Cr\u00e9\u00e9e en 2013, la Fondation d\u2019entreprise Malakoff M\u00e9d\u00e9ric Handicap a pour mission de faciliter l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux soins et \u00e0 l\u2019emploi des personnes en situation de handicap. Car, aujourd\u2019hui encore, ces deux droits pourtant fondamentaux sont trop peu respect\u00e9s. La Fondation veut contribuer \u00e0 lever les obstacles en faisant \u00e9voluer les mentalit\u00e9s et les comportements. Forte d\u2019un comit\u00e9 d\u2019orientation compos\u00e9 d\u2019experts\u00a0et des travaux de son observatoire, la Fondation identifie des projets innovants\u00a0; elle soutient des exp\u00e9rimentations et s\u2019engage sur le long terme pour permettre la g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisation, sur tout le territoire, des id\u00e9es ou r\u00e9alisations les plus pertinentes.
