De la petite enfance \u00e0 l&rsquo;adolescence, elle l&rsquo;accompagne vers l&rsquo;\u00e2ge adulte en soutenant des associations qui aident les jeunes \u00e0 avancer et \u00e0 se construire un meilleur avenir. La Fondation SNCF a identifi\u00e9 trois axes d&rsquo;intervention : pr\u00e9venir l\u2019illettrisme, vivre ensemble et entreprendre pour la mobilit\u00e9. Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, avec les Coups de C\u0153ur Solidaires, la Fondation SNCF soutient des actions locales, port\u00e9es par des agents SNCF actifs ou retrait\u00e9s, au b\u00e9n\u00e9fice d&rsquo;une association dans laquelle ils sont b\u00e9n\u00e9voles &#8211; avec le M\u00e9c\u00e9nat r\u00e9gional, la Fondation encourage des projets associatifs s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s par chaque direction r\u00e9gionale SNCF, et inscrits dans l&rsquo;un de ses trois axes d&rsquo;intervention, et enfin, avec son r\u00e9seau de 23 correspondants r\u00e9gionaux, elle d\u00e9ploie des actions sur le terrain, organise les appels \u00e0 projets, anime les jurys r\u00e9gionaux et identifie les initiatives de M\u00e9c\u00e9nat r\u00e9gional.  La Fondation SNCF accompagne aussi le d\u00e9veloppement du groupe SNCF \u00e0 l\u2019international. Fid\u00e8le \u00e0 ses trois axes et \u00e0 sa logique de coop\u00e9ration, elle soutient des op\u00e9rations coproduites avec les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s du groupe en Europe, des associations locales au Maroc, ainsi que par des dons d\u2019urgence aux ONG dans les pays frapp\u00e9s par des catastrophes humanitaires.
