Adeola Awogbemi is a Research and Development Consultant with 16 years’ experience working with NGOs and CBOs in Africa. With a background in Political Science, her experience cuts across education, governance, gender and peace and security. Her specialities include program design, planning & implementation, concept development & proposal writing, fundraising, monitoring & evaluation, advocacy & campaign management and election observation. Adeola is a facilitator, trainer, avid volunteer and mentor with extensive experience designing and implementing gender, capacity building and leadership development training and mentoring programs.  She has facilitated various training sessions for various stakeholders and has coordinated several local and international seminars, training workshops and conferences on a range of development issues.  She is currently the Executive Director of the Ovie Brume Foundation as well as an Independent Evaluation Consultant on development projects in Nigeria.
