Keke Sacré

OLBIOS CORRESPONDENT IVORY COAST

Keke Sakré was born in Ivory Coast, Abidjan. After a master’s degree in Public Law at the Catholic University of West Africa, he joined several platforms for the defense and promotion of human rights in Côte d’Ivoire. At the same time, he is an online volunteer for the United Nations. His commitment to the defense of human rights in Côte d’Ivoire brings him to several central functions in the management and implementation of defense projects for the poorest people and in the context of community conflicts. He has worked with several Ivorian and international institutions on election observation, juvenile delinquency, indigenous and non-indigenous conflict in the south-east of the Ivory Coast, and improved conditions for detaining prisoners. In 2015, it creates a structure, whose mission is to carry and facilitate the administrative procedures of the various actors of agriculture, far from the capital and mostly illiterate. He has several articles in the Ivorian press and in international journals on various human rights topics. Currently working on a thesis at the University of Tours in France, Sakré is now working on the protection of personal data, always for the respect of human rights.
