O Objetivo da SOS Mata Atl\u00e2ntica<\/em> \u00e9 promover a conserva\u00e7\u00e3o da diversidade biol\u00f3gica e cultural do Bioma Mata Atl\u00e2ntica e ecossistemas sob sua influ\u00eancia, estimulando a\u00e7\u00f5es para o desenvolvimento sustent\u00e1vel, bem como promover a educa\u00e7\u00e3o e o conhecimento sobre a Mata Atl\u00e2ntica, mobilizando, capacitando e estimulando o exerc\u00edcio da cidadania socioambiental.<\/p>\n

Desenvolve projetos de conserva\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental, produ\u00e7\u00e3o de dados, mapeamento e monitoramento da cobertura florestal do Bioma, campanhas, estrat\u00e9gias de a\u00e7\u00e3o na \u00e1rea de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas, programas de educa\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental e restaura\u00e7\u00e3o florestal, apoio a unidades de conserva\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablicas e reservas particulares, voluntariado, desenvolvimento sustent\u00e1vel e prote\u00e7\u00e3o e manejo de ecossistemas.<\/p>\n
