Vivien Gyuris is an Inclusive Education Policy Expert. She has over 20 years of experience in international development, especially in the field of inclusive education. Vivien worked with the World Bank, Council of Europe, Roma Education Fund, Inclusion Expert UK – International Forum of Inclusion Practitioners, Milestone Institute, and Pressley Ridge Hungary.

Vivien is specialized in policy analysis and research, fund development, program and portfolio management, strategic partnership building, and resource mobilization around the issue of inclusion. She worked extensively on projects of Learning through Play, early childhood education, building inclusive school communities, differentiation for diversity, neurosequential brain development of children underwent trauma, and accelerating learning to compensate for the dramatic learning losses of the pandemic. Vivien’s focus has always been finding new ways to secure quality education for ALL children, including vulnerable and disadvantaged social groups.

Vivien believes that there is momentum now to rethink the goals of education and systems of education, the role of key international players in the field of education, and alternatives for innovative partnerships in the landscape of global education financing. Vivien is a certified evaluator of development programs. Member of IDEAS, EPDET, and the Hungarian Network of Human Rights Educators. Vivien is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Inclusive Education Policy at the University of Glasgow.
