OLBIOS CORRESPONDENT POLAND & ARMENIA

Ani Papyan is from Armenia. She has bachelor degrees in International Relations and Cultural Studies from Yerevan State University, as well as 2 Master degrees in Human Rights and Democratization (YSU Center for European Studies and Belarusian State University) and MA in European Studies from the College of Europe. Her working experience is extensively within public institutions (Ministry of Foreign Affairs, US Embassy, Transparency International) as well as in the civil society sector working on elections, peacebuilding, democracy and human rights promotion. Never limiting herself to formal education, Ani has done summer courses at the University of Cambridge, Yale, Princeton and Erfurt. She has travelled in over 15 countries taking part in different youth summits and conferences as a participant and later as a trainer. Currently, alongside her studies at the College of Europe, she is working within a youth-led peacebuilding initiative advocating for UN Security Council Resolution 2250 on Youth, Peace and Security.
