Dee Kyne is an award winning serial social entrepreneur who has worked throughout the world in a number of sectors at leadership levels, including Health, the Environment and the Arts. She has held 5 CEO-ships and founded one movement and three social-change organisations. She is the Founder of the Earthrightswalker movement – walking to raise awareness of the law to end ecocide as well as the Co-Founder behind Pathfinder Health India, an enterprise that introduced first primary care clinics in India, facilitating the Indian government to invest 2 billion dollars into primary health care. She was the Lead at the structuring, financing and implementation of the first 12 micro social businesses in the UK and co-produced Service Redesign in primary health care in collaboration with Aetna UK, using the population health management approach – a national first. She also implemented and co-created the Experience Led Design methodology in collaboration with Oxford University and UCL. She led to significant changes in End of Life care in the UK and advised WHO on implementation of mental health Service Redesign pan Europe. She also founded the ‘In-Group’, a national sector cutting ‘Innovators Network’ developing product, people and ideas to investment an edgy and challenging Think to Do Tank. Finally, she became Earth Rights Walker four years ago and walked 4500 miles to support a Law to End Ecocide the fifth law against peace to be enshrined at the UN in the Rome Statute. In Jamaica Dee Kyne advised and created the future strategy for the Small Business Association. She instigated a piece of research using the ‘Discovery Framework’ methodology to ‘Uncover the Authentic Story of the Jamaican People.’ This research was shared across all development and governmental agencies. Dee founded “The One Love One Step Walk” 2 years ago crossing Jamaica through the Blue Mountains east to west with 14 local people. Her most recent walk in May ‘One Love One Step Walk 2: For the Oceans’ saw 20 community members walk the entire coastline of Jamaica while holding council on the road. The focus was plastic pollution and connecting the work of the 16 MPA’s. Dee Kyne is currently Chair of the Alligator Head Foundation.
