RAFAEL MASSON ROCHA

Rafael was born in the countryside of Brazil from a family of Italian immigrants with a passion for travel and helping others. By the time he finished his BA in International Relations in the border between Brazil and Uruguay he was in contact with several different social initiatives, including gender equality, human rights, and educational projects. Rafael was one of the founders of PAMPEANO, a project that helps young people achieve the goal of entering university through free preparatory classes. Rafael has experience in volunteering for NGOs in three continents, including the Nobel Peace Prize winner International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons (ICAN), Mines Action Canada (MAC), and more recently Greek Carers Network (EPIONI). Currently, he is doing his MA in Strategic Communication in Portugal.
