Arturo du Monceau de Bergendal has a Bachelor in Sciences Po Paris and an Urban Studies’ Master from the same university. As a student he has been engaged in different associations including humanitarian and ecological associations. He has worked for many years as a legislative assistant of Manuel José Ossandón, a Senator and a presidential candidate in Chile. Among other projects he has been involved with, Arturo has assisted Ossandón in the drafting of numerous high impacts bills in the Senate of Chile, including the construction of one of the first Latin American bills against food destruction and waste in Chilean commercial centers, bills promoting better cycling conditions in cities and bills reinforcing consumer rights.
