My name is Mahmoud Riyad, I am 26 years old, I graduated from Mutah University in southern Jordan. I believe in the importance of empowering youth, providing opportunity and community participation by integrating youth into various societal sectors, by providing young people with the necessary skills and experiences that enable them to be effective individuals in changing their communities. My university studies were specializing in mechanical engineering, but my passion for working with youth and community empowerment pushed me to work on the Social Innovation Incubators project at the Jordan River Foundation, now I work as a social innovation specialist at the Jordan River Foundation (JRF), I started working as a social innovation facilitator and got a promotion for the title Career. I am a specialized trainer in innovation, human-centered design (HCD), project development and project sustainability. I have a passion for working with teens, youth and the local community to develop project ideas and implement them as social projects while ensuring sustainability.
