MERLE BüTER

Merle Büter graduated from the University of Manchester with Distinction in the Master ‘Gender, Sexuality and Culture’ in 2019. The title of her master’s dissertation was ‘Save Mother Earth Between the feminisation of nature, gendering of bodies and toxic masculinity’. 
 

As a volunteer writer and researcher for the Ethical Consumer Research Association she is analysing how to create both, an equal and sustainable future for everyone. Some of her past publications were about the history of women’s football in Germany, the commercialisation of minimalism and worker’s and women’s rights.
