Hakeem Rabuka Kiboi is the Chief Executive and Co-founder of RockHealth Integrated Care Organization (RICO). As the CEO and Co-founder of RICO, he has worked to implement various projects on strengthening primary health care and response to epidemics in Kenya and align these projects to achieve the organization’s goals. While implementing this project, Hakeem received an distinction award of an Associate Fellow of the Royal Commonwealth Society from Lord Howell of Guilford through the Queens Young Leaders Program and The Queen Elizabeth Diamond Jubilee Trust for his contribution to the welfare of Commonwealth citizens. He is also a Student Projects for Health (SPFH) award winner by the Foundation for Advancement of International Medical Education and Research (FAIMER) and was invited to Limerick, Ireland to present RICO’s project as well as receive the award. Following this, his RICO Epidemiology-Informed Resource Allocation Model (EIRA) has been published in the 50th Edition of the Social Innovations Journal (SIJ). In addition, he has been selected by the Young African Leaders Institute (YALI) and is a graduate of the Digital Opportunity Trust – British Council benefiting from its Social Entrepreneurship Program. Hakeem also serves as a founding editor of Kenyatta University, School of Pharmacy, PharmJournal under a grant awarded by the National Institute of Health and previously served as the president of the school’s student association. Apart from working in RICO, he is a proud volunteer pharmacist in Hope Citadel Foundation to which he credits much of his professional growth. 

Hakeem is a final year student in the School of Pharmacy,Complementary/Alternative Medicine at Kenyatta University, Nairobi, Kenya and a graduate of an online course in Global Health from Harvard University T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
