Victor Ugo is a medical doctor with over 2 years’ experience in the field of Health Advocacy, with special focus on Mental Health. His role at the forefront of Mental Health Advocacy in Nigeria is highlighted in his position as the Founder/President of one of Nigeria’s leading mental health NGOs – Mentally Aware Nigeria Initiative. Victor is also the Chief Editor of Strength in Disability Africa, an upcoming magazine publication which aims to highlight the positive achievements of those that have been labeled disabled, so that others can see them as a source of inspiration. He is committed to minority projects as in mental health and disability as well as the #Vision2030 of the Sustainable Development Goals, a major reason he facilitates SocialAid4Dev, an initiative that hopes to drive collaboration for social projects among young Africans in Africa and the Diaspora. Victor has an unrelenting passion for behavioral and public health, social entrepreneurship and non-profit growth and consultancy.
