Tanja Radović Krstić

Tanja Radović Krstić is a Special Pedagogue and Anti Human Trafficking Specialist with over fifteen years of experience in the non-profit sector. She implemented prevention and development programs in Serbia, Russia and the Balkans. Her professional experiences were related to the development of a strategy to improve the identification and care of victims of human trafficking, economic empowerment and the reintegration of victims, the inclusion of the Roma children in the education system and inclusion of persons with disabilities in the labor market. 

As a practitioner who is deeply sensitized to work with marginalized and vulnerable groups and individuals, she worked directly with victims of human trafficking, street children, female prisoners, juvenile delinquents, refugees and migrants, people with disabilities, and children placed in social welfare institutions. In 2018, Tanja founded the organization Gata – Civil AntiTrafficking Association. 

Tanja has a master’s degree in Special Education from the University of Belgrade, Serbia. Her research work and master’s thesis focused on Social Competence of Children and Youth placed in Social Welfare Institution.
