Zeina Saab founded The Nawaya Network, a non-profit organization that operates by trading opportunities, resources, and skills. Through its Mentorship Program, it trains and generates a unified sector of highly qualified individuals, both mentors and mentees. Its Mentorship Program is the first to serve disadvantaged youth in the Arab world.
The Nawaya Network aims to connect promising disadvantaged youth with mentors, businesses, and institutions, to help them pursue skills or passions that would otherwise go unnoticed. It works with individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds throughout Lebanon to improve their livelihoods through entrepreneurship, employment, economic development, and empowerment programs. Their vision is to empower these individuals by providing them with livelihood improvement opportunities to help them reach their full potential.
More than 12.000 individuals have already been supported and more than 1.200 enterprises launched by them.
Zeina Saab also launched SE Factory, the first coding bootcamp and employment service agency to have a 90% employment rate for more than 150 Lebanese graduates, who are working for more than 80 companies in Lebanon and overseas.
