Hapinoy is supplying goods to more than 10,000 small businesses in the Philippines. It provides business coaching, leadership training, and store branding to women micro-entrepreneurs in remote areas. By aggregating demand and delivering supplies directly, storeowners get 5-15% off products plus access to a greater variety of goods, such as medicine and mosquito nets. Hapinoy is able to bring together a community of Mothers from different parts of the Philippines to form “Samahang Hapinoy”: a community of peers, of micro entrepreneurs and an organized, aggregated network of stores. According to their experience, a Nanay (or Mother) is exceptionally driven to give their family the best. Yet, not all Mothers have access to the necessary knowledge and tools to make their dreams come true. Hapinoy helps bridge this gap of resources so that mothers can support their families.
