Its national distribution network reaches 80% of Myanmar’s rural population.In a country where 70% of the population depends on agriculture, improvements in farming technology and techniques – and the credit to access them – are vital to improving living conditions and ending poverty. Every year, their special knowledge and impact team interview thousands of customers for detailed assessments of their direct, and indirect impact. They spend hours chatting with customers about incomes, working hours, spending patterns, or customer health. Almost half a million people have already been directly impacted by the work of Proximity Designs.
