The Internet Censorship Project is a program of the Open Society Institute’s Internet Program. Over the following months, a free-lance journalist is traveling the world to report on the methods of Internet censorship used in various countries. These dispatches are to be read as a first attempt to deal with the issue of Internet censorship. They depend on their readers to fill in the gaps and to report about their own experiences with Internet censorship. Thus they will, in the near future, have a moderated chat line on the issues of Internet Censorship and the ways to get around it.
